Your watch is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee ensures that any breakdowns due to manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. The warranty applies only to defects in internal parts and excludes abnormal use. Glass, bracelets and potentially the batteries used for certain watches are also excluded from the warranty.
LIP, founded in 1887, has been writing watch-making history for over a century and a half, through its innovations and exclusive yet accessible creations.
The LIP watch throughout history:
- A LIP watch was given to Winston Churchill by the French government in 1948 in recognition of Great Britain’s services to France during the Second World War.
- In 1954, Maurice Herzog conquered the 8091-metre-high Annapurna with a Himalaya LIP watch on his wrist.
Today, from its headquarters in Besançon, LIP is still putting together collections of the brand’s most iconic models, made in France according to Franche-Comté tradition.
