Guerlain
In 1853, Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain dedicated Eau de Cologne Impériale to Empress Eugénie.
For the occasion, he entrusted Pochet du Courval with the creation of the iconic Bee Bottle, adorned with the bees of the Empire and a festoon motif inspired by the Vendôme Column.
Nearly two hundred years later, the House of Guerlain presents in this very same bottle the fragrance “Jardin de l’Élysée,” an Eau de Parfum developed exclusively for the brand “Élysée – Presidency of the Republic,” in tribute to Empress Eugénie, for whom the Élysée Palace was one of her official residences under the Second Empire.
The iconic bottle, still produced by Pochet du Courval, is adorned with a delicate ribbon in the colors of the French flag and a tassel in tribute to the French Republic.
A fragrance that evokes a glimmer of spring beneath the vibrant greenery of the palace gardens. The scent opens with the freshness of bergamot, before revealing a heart of magnolia, rose and jasmine, wrapped in amber and tea tinctures.

As the only French Haute Horlogerie manufacture, Pequignet designs and produces exceptional watches and movements, creating timepieces that are durable, distinctive, and elegant.
Founded in 1973 by Émile Pequignet, this watchmaking Maison designs and produces its watches and jewellery in France, in its workshops located in Morteau, in the heart of the French Jura.
In 2010, Pequignet became a manufacture, driven by highly skilled watchmaking engineers, and went on to distinguish itself by creating its own movement.
Designed and assembled by the Pequignet Manufacture, the Calibre Royal® is the only French Haute Horlogerie movement.
In 2023, Pequignet launched the special Attitude Élysée series, in partnership with the Presidency of the Republic.
