About Confiserie Des Hautes Vosges

The Confiserie des Hautes Vosges is an artisanal confectionery established in the Vosges since 1986.

It uses locally sourced raw materials, almost 100% from the Grand Est region, in order to prioritise short supply chains and maintain long-term relationships with its suppliers.

The sugar comes from Erstein in Alsace, and the glucose syrup from Markolsheim.

The Confiserie des Hautes Vosges preserves traditional know-how and continues to make all its candies by hand in copper cauldrons, cooked over an open flame and flavoured on a marble slab using a spatula.

No machine can replace the expertise of its confectioners, who have passed down their manufacturing secrets for several generations.
