Moulin CastelaS, producer and miller in Provence.
The story of CastelaS began in 1997 with a crush for old olive trees planted on the sud-Alpilles slope at a place called Castelas. Today Domaine Castelas produces olives on 45 hectares in Protected Designation of Origin olive oil from the Vallée des Baux de Provence.
It is in their mill located at the foot of the Château des Baux de Provence that the Hugues family combines know-how, passion, rigor, technique and olive grower sensitivity to giving birth each year to very powerful olive oils.

You will find in their characterful olive oils the terroir of the Alpilles, the typical varieties of the appellation (Salonenque, Aglandau, Grossane and Verdale) and the skill of the miller.
The olive oils from the CastelaS estate, regularly awarded prizes at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris, will reveal treasures of flavors.
