Located in the heart of the village of Chemilly-sur-yonne in Burgundy, Maison Marc is above all a family story.

Since 1923 strong>, three generations have passed down the secrets of their know-how, preserving the quality of the product. In the 1950s, Marc, the grandfather, cultivated gherkins in an artisanal way and preserved them according to a recipe concocted by his wife without any additives or preservatives, a quality product.

In 2012, Henri Jeannequin, son of Florent, grandson of Marc took over. Maison Marc then becomes the last pickle producer in France.
