An exceptional product made from stone-ground French mustard seeds, wine vinegar aged for 13 months in oak barrels and French lime honey harvested by the Compagnons du Miel.
Since 1797, the Martin-Pouret house has maintained the unique know-how of Master Mustard and Vinegar Makers in order to produce products of unparalleled quality.
It is in compliance with this tradition that the house makes its recipes using French mustard seeds ground in a stone mill and Orléans vinegar.
