This virgin sauce is a lemony sauce of French origin that is found particularly in Mediterranean cuisine. It will enhance your salads, cheeses, fish and poultry wonderfully, giving the prestigious flavor of a dinner at the Élysée!
This exclusive creation is the result of a collaboration between Marina Alibert (production director of the aix&terra Manufacture) and Fabrice Desvignes, Chef of the kitchens of the Élysée Palace, MOF and Bocuse d'Or.
This recipe, inspired by the 13 desserts of Provence, highlights the flavors of Provence: almond, candied lemon, apricot, fig; all macerated in French olive oil (Drôme), accompanied by dried tomatoes, onions and basil.
Take with a spoon after having mixed the whole composition well to sauce fish or poultry, cover goat cheese or a salad.
Two teaspoons of virgin sauce are enough to enhance a plate.
