An original creation by Pierre Arostéguy, this iconic Basque spice blend is an excellent alternative to traditional salt and pepper seasoning, bringing a delicate and distinctive flavor to your dishes.
Easy to use, the Basque Blend is best sprinkled at the end of cooking to preserve the delicacy and crunch of the fleur de sel crystals: it enhances grilled rib steak, complements steamed fish with a drizzle of olive oil, elevates sautéed vegetables or simple salads.
Finally, this iconic blend will enhance your table with its elegant ceramic jar, developed in collaboration with a renowned Basque pottery house, Goicoechea pottery.
